About the Job
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee water separation and pipework projects across multiple sites in the Lyme Regis area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing site operations and teams within the water industry, specifically water pipework and water network infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple sites.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors working on water pipework projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources and deliveries.
- Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.
- Carry out site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
- Identify and resolve any issues affecting project delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within the water industry.
- Experience managing water pipework or water network infrastructure projects.
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple sites.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- MSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and NRSWA Supervisor qualifications.
- Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience working under NEC contracts.
