We are currently looking for a Customer Administration Support Officer to join our team supporting an ongoing Lead Replacement Programme.

You will play an important role in helping to coordinate the project by communicating with customers, arranging appointments and coordinating CCTV surveys of their water pipes ahead of planned replacement works.

This is a customer-facing administrative position, ideal for someone who is organised, confident speaking with customers and able to manage multiple appointments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers to arrange appointments for CCTV pipe surveys.
Explain the survey process clearly and answer customer queries.
Coordinate appointments between customers and operational survey teams.
Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.
Follow up with customers where required.
Liaise with operational teams to ensure surveys are scheduled efficiently.
Help ensure appointments run smoothly and support the wider project delivery.
Provide a professional and helpful first point of contact for customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling or coordination would be beneficial
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Good attention to detail.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
The ability to manage appointments and keep accurate records.
A professional and friendly approach.
The ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
